Sodium silicate, sodium tripolyphosphate impact on process performance

1 tripolyphosphate soluble in sodium silicate and silicate formation with [PO4], [SiO4] composite vitreous network can improve water glass bonding strength.
2 tripolyphosphate modified silicate melt cooling process, the crystals precipitated on the adhesive film destruction, fragmentation effect and contractility silicate glass and phosphate glass vary greatly, causing the adhesive film cracking, so that the glass (sand) high temperature collapsibility been significantly improved.
